Healthy Hamburger Helper. Used ground turkey and eliminated coconut flour. Used 3 sweet potatoes instead of 2. Used 1½ bunches of spinach. Go-to meal. Made because I had all ingredients in fridge except the meat.
Balsamic Pot Roast. Used 4 sweet potatoes. Cooked overnight Thursday and able to pack lunch for Friday and have dinner.
