Grilled BBQ chicken breasts (coat in homemade BBQ rub then brush with BBQ sauce) and baked sweet potatoes

Tuesday

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Sauce and Asian Salad. Perfect plate.

Wednesday

Burgers with Dill Butternut Squash Fries and sliced tomatoes

Thursday

Cilantro Lime Tilapia Tacos in corn tortillas with Habanero Salsa (may do a little extra habanero). This salsa is ideal for a spice lover. I added in 2 jalapenos as well and used only 6 tomatoes.

Friday

Ground Turkey Brussels Sprouts Skillet (may use beef)

  • Turkey (if not using beef on Friday)

  • Butternut squash (1)

Chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, sweet potatoes (4), brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, cumin, garlic cloves (11), Lime (1), olive oil, celery, red onions, sesame seeds, almonds (¼ cup), sesame oil, lemons (2), honey, coconut aminos, ginger, coconut oil, dill, tomatoes, smoked paprika, habanero pepper (1), bell pepper (1)

Trader Joe’s

Avocados (2), red pepper (1), red onion (1), cilantro, jalapenos

Sam’s

Salmon fillet (large; cut into portions), tilapia, hamburger patties (sale)
