  • Chicken breasts (1 large package; on sale $1.88/lb)
  • Chicken thighs (1 large package, 3lbs or more; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Ground turkey (1lb; may get at Trader Joe’s)
  • Cilantro (2 bunches)
  • Green onions (1 bunch)
  • Kale (1 bag from Trader Joe’s)
  • Romaine (2 heads)
  • Green beans (1lb)
  • Grape tomatoes (on sale 2 pints/$3)
  • Roma or vine-ripe tomatoes (2-4)
  • Cucumbers (2)
  • Zucchini (4 medium; on sale $.98/lb)
  • Red onion (1)
  • Onions (4)
  • Sweet potatoes (6-8)
  • Limes (2)
  • Eggs
  • Unsweetened apple sauce (get from Trader Joe’s)
