Tuesday

Spicy Sesame Chicken Zoodles

Wednesday

Instant Pot Aloo Baingan Masala (use mix of Russet and sweet potatoes at home) and  Kale Salad (double recipe; hopefully leftover from work party)

Thursday

Grilled Chicken Breasts and Sweet Potato Potato Salad

Friday

Chicken & Quinoa Burrito Bowls with Spicy Green Sauce. Put chicken into marinade on Wednesday night, grill chicken Thursday night.
