  • Grass-fed beef (large package; on sale $3.99/lb)
  • Chicken thighs (large package; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Cilantro (2 bunches)
  • Turnips (2lbs ish)
  • Habanero (2)
  • Jalapenos (8)
  • Roma tomatoes (12; on sale 2lbs/$1)
  • Onions (5)
  • Brussel sprouts (15-20 or more depending on price)
  • Slaw (one bag)
  • Eggs
  • Cauliflower rice (1 or 2 bags)
  • Whole cloves (4; get from bulk spice end cap)
  • Whole green cardamom pods (3; get from bulk spice end cap)
  • Whole black cardamom pods (1; get from bulk spice end cap)
  • Star anise (1; get from bulk spice end cap)
  • Chicken broth (1 carton)
  • Basmati rice (couple of scoops)

Need but have at home

Cumin seeds, coriander powder, salt, cayenne, onion masala (in freezer; need 1¼ cup), ghee, garam masala, oil, garlic, russet potatoes (1.5lbs), thyme, nutmeg, pepper, bay leaves, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, olive oil
