  • Chicken breasts (2 large packages; on sale $1.77/lb)
  • Ground turkey (2lbs; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Tilapia (bag of frozen fillets; on sale 20% off)
  • Parsley (1 bunch)
  • Celery (1 head)
  • Apples (for snacks; whatever kind is $.99/lb or less)
  • Brussels sprouts (good amount, 1 lb or more; on sale $.99/lb)
  • Zucchinis (6 medium; on sale $.98/lb)
  • Russet potatoes (5-lb bag)
  • Onions (5)
  • Lemons (4)
  • Salad (whatever is on sale–if they look okay; some are 2/$6; or I can get from Trader Joe’s)
  • Chicken broth (1 carton)
  • Fresh ginger (Super Cao Nguyen or get a root)
  • Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (1 container; can also pick up from Trader Joe’s if need to)
  • Shredded Parmesan (1 bag; I can pick up from Trader Joe’s)
  • Coconut milk (1 can; I can pick up from Trader Joe’s)

Need but have at home

Ghee, garlic cloves, turnips (2lbs), Russet potatoes (1½ lbs), chicken broth (1 carton), fresh thyme, bay leaves, nutmeg, salt, pepper, avocado oil, carrots (3), cayenne, fresh sage, fresh rosemary, frozen peas, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, paprika, dried thyme, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, soy sauce or coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic chili sauce, sesame seeds
