  • Hot italian sausage (4 links; i prefer hot. recipe calls for sweet…could also do andouille)
  • Rump roast (3lbs; on sale $2.99/lb)
  • Pork shoulder (need 3-4lbs; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Green onions (1 bunch)
  • Cilantro (2 bunches)
  • Celery (1 head)
  • Carrots (1 bag, if we don’t have any)
  • Escarole (need 2 cups)
  • Green cabbage (1 head)
  • Jalapenos (12)
  • Red bell pepper (1)
  • Yellow bell pepper (1)
  • Orange bell pepper (1)
  • Yellow onions (2)
  • White onion (1)
  • Roma tomatoes (4)
  • Limes (4)
  • Eggs (if we don’t have any)
  • Caraway seeds (from bulk spice section; need 1 tbsp)

  • Apple cider vinegar (if we don’t have it)
  • Ground turkey (3lbs)
  • Baby spinach (1 bag? Need 4 cups)
  • Greek yogurt (if we need more)
  • Marble potatoes (need 2 cups)
  • White wine
  • White wine vinegar (if we don’t have it)
  • Prepared horseradish (if we don’t have it)
  • Frozen peas & carrots (16oz bag)
  • Grated Parmesan (if we don’t have it)
  • Frozen mashed potatoes or make the rest of the Russets
  • Chicken broth, low sodium (1 carton)
  • Chicken stock, low sodium (4 cartons; whichever we want for barbacoa)
  • Marinated artichokes (1 jar)

Need but have at home
