  • Bacon (4 slices; if not on sale, get from butcher counter)
  • Chicken thighs (1 large package; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Chicken tenders (1 package; on sale $1.99/lb)
  • Carrots (1 bag)
  • Celery (1 head)
  • Green onions (1 bunch)
  • Red bell pepper (1)
  • Jalapenos (8)
  • Serrano peppers (2)
  • Green beans (pound or so; bag of them; on sale $.98/lb)
  • Tomatoes (cheapest option; 3)
  • Shallots (2 medium)
  • Onions (2)
  • Russet potatoes (1 bag)

  • Fresh thyme (1 package)
  • Fresh sage (1 package)
