  • Ground chicken (1 lb)
  • Chicken breasts (2 large packages; on sale $1.77/lb)
  • Ground turkey (2lbs; on sale $1.99/lb for 85%)
  • Cilantro (2 bunches)
  • Celery (1 head; check status of that in fridge)
  • Green onions (1 bunch)
  • Carrots (1 bag)
  • Red bell pepper (1)
  • Yellow bell pepper (1) – or green if much more expensive
  • Jalapenos (8)
  • Serrano peppers (2)
  • Spaghetti squash (1)
  • Onions (4; also check fridge to see how many we have)
  • Sweet potatoes (4; also check fridge to see how many we have)
  • Eggs
  • Cauliflower rice (2 bags; frozen)
  • Frozen mixed vegetables (1 bag)
  • Lime juice (little squeeze bottle)
  • Coconut cream (1 can; or check to see if we have at home)
  • Tomato sauce (salt free; 2 15-oz cans)
  • Cashews (need ⅓ cup; only if on sale or cashew pieces; roasted unsalted)
