  • Cheddar cheese (need 4oz for potatoes and 1 cup for Mexican bake)
  • Boneless New York Steaks (on sale $6.99/lb)
  • Ground turkey (1lb; cheaper at Trader Joe’s)
  • Cilantro (1 bunch)
  • Radishes (2 bunches)
  • Broccoli florets (equivalent of 1 head)
  • Red bell pepper (1)
  • Bell peppers (3)
  • Jalapenos (8)
  • Serrano peppers (2)
  • Cucumbers (2)
  • Eggplant (1 large)
  • Spaghetti squash (1 big; may be cheaper at Trader Joe’s_
  • Zucchinis (4; check to see if 2 in fridge still good)
  • For onion masala: Roma tomatoes (2lbs) or use 2 (14.5oz) cans of diced tomatoes (use cheaper option; check cabinet for cans)
  • Red onion (2; or just 1 if we already have 1 in fridge)

  • Red curry paste (check to see if we have in fridge; may be cheaper at Trader Joe’s)
  • Chicken broth low sodium (2 cartons)
  • Cumin seeds (check to see if we have enough; if not bulk spice section at Sprouts)
  • Almond meal (need 1 cup; from bulk section)
  • Basmati rice or cauliflower rice
