Instant Pot Korean Beef with Indian Fried Dill Potatoes. Restaurant quality. Used sweet potatoes in stead of russet. Can’t wait to taste this combo again. Complete departure from the way I typically prepare a rump roast.



Butter Chicken. Favorite dish. Quick, easy crowd-pleaser. I typically use two green bell peppers instead of one.



Burgers. Ground beef was on sale. Served with arugula, sliced tomato and homemade pickle (had leftover cucumber slices and used a Savory Spice pickling spice to make quick pickles).



Jerk Rubbed Chicken Thighs with Homemade Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce and simple arugula salad


Instant Pot Dal Makhani (lentils). Amazing. Cost less than $3 to make. Used olive oil instead of avocado oil. Didn’t have time to soak lentils except for 20 mins. Topped with green onion, cilantro and some plain Greek yogurt.

  • Tomato sauce (15oz can-salt free)
