Crispy pork carnitas possibly served in romaine lettuce wraps with jicama slaw


Chicken and sweet potato curry with roasted curry-spiced Brussels sprouts


Slow cooker paleo jerk chicken (using breasts and less salt than recipe) with roasted asparagus / Megan to put on chicken at lunch.


Breakfast for dinner. Uncured bacon and veggie egg scramble with fruit plate. Throw green onion, mushrooms, jalapenos, spinach and tomato in skillet. Add in three beaten eggs. Move with spatula until done.


Spinach/arugula salad with canned beets, goat cheese, green onion and homemade dressing
